Errol A. “Tony” Smart – Chief Executive Officer/Director
Tony Smart joined the Marine Corps in July 1980 and was honorably discharged in August 1991. Every rank Mr. Smart attained, from E-2/PFC to E-6/SSGT was through meritorious promotion, which is an accelerated promotion based solely on performance. When entering the business world, Mr. Smart recognized that the highest paid employees were the people who drove company revenues. He thus started his 31-year career of stellar performance in sales and management. As the VP of sales for INFO 4 CARS, Mr. Smart helped earn an exclusive contract with Walmart and Sam’s Club. This program generated revenues in excess of $5 million per year through “Private Lot Events” across the nation.
Mr. Smart began to further develop his sales and marketing talents as the National Sales Director for an upstart independent yellow pages company called Yellow Directory Fast Pages. Taking the helm, he hired, trained, assisted, and motivated sales reps in achieving over $250,000 in sales in just eight months. Determined to maximize his success, in January of 2005 he stepped out on his own to launch “Your Community Yellow Pages and Community Discount Magazine.” His daily focus on hiring, training, and motivating the sales force resulted in sales of $1.5 Million in 2005, $3 Million in 2006, and $3.2 Million in 2007. His remarkable success with this company caught the attention of The Yellow Pages and negotiations began for a multi-million-dollar buyout of the company.
Calling on his past experience as a sales manager for MCI, Sprint and Broadwing Communications, major companies in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Smart saw fantastic opportunity in the telecommunications industry. He mobilized his talent and entered the telecommunications industry in 2008. His customer base rapidly grew to over one million. Yet despite this success, Mr. Smart saw the impact that the recession had on the Yellow Page industry and decided that the most secure path to sustained growth was in the telecommunications industry, one of the top recession-proof business model. Today, that industry is seeing unprecedented growth and Mr. Smart found himself on the leading edge of companies capitalizing on “The Gold Rush.” His vision, experience, knowledge, and leadership have been significant in building the network and the brand nationwide.
Debra M. Smart – Corporate Secretary/Director
Debra Smart has over 25 years of marketing experience in various industries. Mrs. Smart launched Gemini Fashions where she designed and manufactured her own line of fashion. Her talents were recognized by such large corporations as Pierre Cardin Swimwear, which subsequently retained her to develop fashion products for various product lines under the Pierre Cardin Label. The company so appreciated the success of Mrs. Smart’s work that it retained her to work on Bare Essence and Misty, two other labels under the Pierre Cardin brand. Despite the high demand of all the lines Mrs. Smart was developing for Pierre Cardin, she also did work for Liz Claiborne, Calvin Klein, Catalina and O.P.
Looking to expand her experience and deepen her understanding of international markets, Mrs. Smart moved to Milan, Italy, the center of European high fashion. While studying abroad, she worked for Belvis, a renowned, high-end label specializing in custom-made suits and cashmere and mohair outerwear. Her position allowed her to leverage her experience in international sales, management, and design into the domestic U.S. market. Upon her return to the U.S., Mrs. Smart took advantage of her broadened background to pursue a long-standing love – real estate. Her past experience in managing product lines enabled her immense success in real estate investment. Her ability to efficiently rehab and renovate the properties within stringent budgetary constraints while at the same time maintaining strict turnaround times were instrumental in realizing significant profits.
Mrs. Smart’s experience in product development, international operations, production scheduling, and creative design are of tremendous value to the company as part of our marketing design, package layout, distribution, and operations.
Robert L. Feasel – Chief Operating Officer/Director
Robert Feasel brings over 20 years of experience in computer technology, production operations, and day-to-day management duties. His value to the company is multi-faceted. Most important of his many contributions are his talents on an operational level that require implementation of marketing strategies including digital printing, variable data/printing, mass mailing operations, call center operations, and systems integration into operational design, wireless billing platforms, SMS technology and website design.
Mr. Feasel also brings an expertise in computer software, hardware, and information technology services as well as day-to-day management of telephone operations, payroll, human resources, profit and loss, and account management. Mr. Feasel has been instrumental in setting up VoIP Tech Global, Inc. and its subsidiary companies. Mr. Feasel’s ability to connect with all levels of management in the technology fields on a personal level enables him to create valuable relationships that magnify the success of the strategies the Company employs. His vision, experience and knowledge have been a significant contribution to the initial start and continuing growth of Easy Choice Wireless.
Andrew Ivchenko, Esq. – Chief Strategy Officer
Andrew is a graduate of the University of Akron, Ohio, and has over 30 years of experience in law and business. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1982. Andrew was also commissioned as an Army Reserve Officer through the ROTC program, where he was a Distinguished Military Graduate. Andrew also completed Army Airborne training, as well as attending the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in Monterey, California (German). After serving in field artillery and military intelligence assignments, he graduated from the University of Akron School of Law, Magna Cum Laude.
After law school, Andrew served on active duty as a Caption, U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, from 1989-92, and was stationed at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. His legal duties included real property transactions, estate planning, tax issues, labor, government contract and environmental law. He also prosecuted and defended in criminal and administrative actions. Andrew is currently in the Army retired reserve, with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
Andrew focuses almost exclusively on business related transactions, both as a lawyer and entrepreneur. His broad background makes him uniquely qualified to provide guidance and advice on myriad issues in a dynamic, changing business environment. Andrew is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Arizona and is a member of the Arizona Bar Association.
John Robertson – Vice President of Business Development
John Robertson has over fourteen years of experience designing and implementing commercial service offerings based on customer needs. He is responsible for developing quantifiable value propositions to clients based on their individual needs and work to enhance and deliver meaningful data to increasingly sophisticated clients so that they can better manage their budgets and capital assets. He brings a unique strategic acumen to identify and plan for the capabilities and talent needed to support the Company’s aggressive growth strategy. We take pride in his ability to interface with colleagues and customers at all levels, by virtue of professional competence, integrity, and personal style.
Oscar Vargas – Executive Administrative Manager
Between the years 2004 – 2014 Oscar Vargas assisted general management at Nordstroms in the roll of assistant manager all while attending Palomar Community College/CSUSM earning his AA Degree and working towards his B.S. emphasis in Computer Sciences.
Between the years 2014 – Current Oscar Vargas assists the senior management at VTG Mobile Inc. in the roll of Executive Administrative Manager.
Oscar Vargas is responsible for assisting the senior management staff in planning strategies and analyzing business decisions to achieve the company’s goals and objectives. Oscar Vargas oversees all scheduled meetings and manages appointments, as well as helping with the implementation of training and programs for the employees to reach their maximum operational potential and increase productivity to meet projects’ demands and ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
